Wellness Resources Online Logo

Online resources can be very helpful in learning more about depression, mental illness, and suicide. However, online sources--including online depression screening questionnaires--are not a substitute for an evaluation by a counselor or therapist.  If you or a friend need help, it is always best to meet with a mental health professional. If you or a friend is in crisis, get help immediately.

Information for college students on mental health issues, suicide prevention, commonly prescribed medications, and how to help a friend in need. Includes a screening program called Self e-Valuator, developed by the Duke University Medical Center, to help students uncover whether they or a friend are at risk from depression, substance abuse, eating disorders, and other mental health problems.
