Senator Paul Simon to speak on language at UMass Dartmouth on Sept. 24
The Honorable Paul Simon, retired senator from Illinois, will speak on foreign languages at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth on September 24. The free, 4 p.m. le cture will be held in the first floor browsing area of the UMass Dartmouth library. Parking is in lot 13.
UMass Dartmouth Observatory announces public hours from October through May
Observations of the Moon, planets, and other celestial objects will be carried out using the Observatory's 16-inch telescope.

UMass Dartmouth offers algebra for Middle School students starting September 18
An innovative, technology based algebra class for 7th, 8th and 9th grade students will be offered by the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth, beginning September 18. The course, now in its fourth year, is suggested not only for students who are already doing well in their math classes, but also for students who are having difficulty understanding the foundations of algebra.
