Merci beaucoup for making the Kathleen Turner event such a success! Those who attended were treated to a surprise speaker, Dr. Guila Clara Kessous, a UNESCO "Artist for Peace" award recipient who spoke about her audio recording of the journal of Hélène Berr, a Sorbonne graduate and Holocaust victim.

Remember to mark your calendars for our May 12th event. Dr. Jeremiah Lowney will speak in the Grand Reading Room of the Claire T. Carney Library on campus at 4 PM. Dr. Lowney will discuss his thirty plus years of bringing medical, dental and community assistance to rural Haiti.

Please plan to join us!
