MGT 312: Legal Framework Business

Pre-reqs: Sophomore standing; Business Majors, Business Administration Minor, Sustainability Studies or Material & Textiles Majors

Overview of the legal environment of business. Topics covered include contracts, agency, tort law, employment law, securities regulation, and legal issues associated with technological innovation, sustainability initiatives, and evolving business models. Students will develop an understanding of how law shapes business decision-making in a rapidly changing global environment.
