Application of various principles & theories of program planning & evaluation to address health issues in a defined community. Using various modalities of data assessment, the health of a defined community will be examined through socioeconomic & political perspectives. Identification of strengths, assets, resources, as well as needs will support the development of a health focused program plan. Ethical & cultural considerations are explored in the design of program plans.
