MIS 322: Info Systems Analysis&Design

Prerequisite: MIS 315

Processes and techniques used to analyze and design computer-based information systems. Students study the full system development life cycle, including system planning, analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance. Topics include requirements analysis, process modeling, use cases, system design, and documentation. The course also introduces and evaluates artificial intelligence-supported activities in systems analysis and design. A systems analysis and design project is required, allowing students to apply traditional and AI-supported methods to analyze, model, and design an information system.
