Campus & Community Hiring Fair – 15 September 2026

It is our pleasure to welcome employers to the Campus & Community Hiring Fair. This event will be held on Tue, Sep 15th from 1:00 pm-4:00 pm in The Marketplace at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. This event is intended for employers who have specifically part-time job/internship and volunteer opportunities, during the school year, targeting undergraduate and graduate students.

It is limited to organizations recruiting exclusively for the following types of employment:

  • Off Campus Part-time jobs & Community Based Work-Study (CBWS), registration for CBWS partners is free!
  • Paid Internships
  • Some On-Campus Opportunities
  • Standard Registration: $100
  • Register End: 1 September 2026

Business Career Fair – 21st October 2026

Business Career Fair provides an avenue to meet qualified students in all majors seeking jobs and internship opportunities in the business industry. This event will be held on Wed, Oct 21, 2026, from 1:00 pm-4:00 pm in The Marketplace at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.

Participating colleges & sample majors

  • Charlton College of Business – Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, International Business, Management, Management Information Systems, Operations Management, Business Analytics, Supply Chain etc.

STEM Career Fair – 22nd October 2026

The UMassD STEM Career Fair provides an avenue to meet qualified students in all majors seeking jobs and internship careers in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math). This event will be held on Thu, Oct 22, 2026, from 1:00 pm-4:00 pm in The Marketplace at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.

Participating colleges & sample majors

  • College of Engineering – Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Computer, Software, and Biomedical Engineering; Data Science; Cybersecurity; Game Design; Artificial Intelligence & Robotics; Systems Engineering.

Career fair cancellations & refunds

If you must cancel your registration after payment is made, a full refund will be provided if requested via email by 5:00 PM (EST) 10 business days prior to the event.  If cancellations are made after the 10-business day deadline, 50% of the total amount of registration fees paid will be refunded. Cancellations after this date will not be refunded.

No shows

Registered organizations that no-show for a career fair will not be refunded or credited toward any future Career Fair. Organizations with outstanding fees 30 days post-career fair will not be permitted to attend future career fairs until their account is paid in full.

Inclement weather policy  

If UMassD is closed the day of the career fair due to inclement weather, Career Center staff will assess the situation and decide by 8:00 AM on the day of the event.  Registrants and representatives will be notified via email and an announcement will be posted on the Career Center website.

If the career fair is cancelled due to inclement weather, every effort will be made to reschedule.  Those employers able to participate in the new date will have their registrations transferred.  Any organizations unable to participate in the new date will receive refunds if Career Center is notified by the deadline communicated with the rescheduled event information.
