Annual Security Report
We are pleased to present the UMass Dartmouth Annual Security Report published in 2023. The report provides important information about the safety and security at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. All campus crime statistics required by the Clery Act are provided, including the number of persons referred for campus disciplinary action. Information about campus crime prevention and safety awareness programs are also provided.
UMPD prepares an Annual Security Report to comply with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Crime Statistics Act. The preparation of this report is a collaborative effort between UMPD, local police departments, and many on-campus entities including the Dean of Students Office and the Office of Environmental Health and Safety.
The campus crime, arrest, and referral statistics in the Annual Security Report include those reported to the UMPD, designated campus officials, and local law enforcement agencies.
