The Office of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion is responsible for the implementation of campus initiatives with the goal of creating, educating, and sustaining a culturally competent, diverse, equitable, and welcoming campus. Further, the office is responsible for the oversight of the University’s compliance efforts in regard to affirmative action planning as well as the enforcement of equal employment opportunity policies and laws, including Title IX.
