U Got This!

The university is committed to creating a safe and respectful learning environment. U Got This! is UMass Dartmouth's Online Active Bystander Training program. As part of that commitment, the university requires that all students engage in annual training. Undergraduate students will learn about sexual misconduct, university policy, prevention and response. U Got This! is composed of three modules that take about 15-20 minutes each. 

  1. Module 1: The first module covers how our culture can send problematic messages about sex and relationships that contribute to sexual misconduct on college campuses.
  2. Module 2: The second module discusses consent, sexual assault, stalking and intimate partner violence.
  3. Module 3: The third module discusses bystander intervention, victim blaming, responding compassionately to disclosures of sexual misconduct, and campus resources to support survivors.

The three modules take about an hour to complete. To access the training, go to the my.umassd.edu portal under QuickLaunch. Once you click on the U Got This! link, you’ll be directed to three required modules. Complete all three modules. 

At the end of the modules, you will see this screen, indicating that you have successfully completed the program.
