As the nature of job done in organizations is changing radically in the present-day AI-dominated environment, managing people and their behavior in organizations require a special focus. So, student-centered discussions about individual behavior, group behavior, motivational techniques and leadership style accompanied by relevant case studies will be the central focus in this course.
