Teaches students how to analyze, diagnose, and improve business processes using Lean principles and modern AI tools. Students learn to create process maps, identify sources of non-value added activity (waste) and design practical improvements across multiple business functions such as marketing, accounting, supply chain, human resources, and operations. AI tools are used as accelerators for mapping, analysis, and ideation without requiring programming skills. The course emphasizes hands-on problem solving and prepares students to contribute to process improvement initiatives in any functional area.
