PSY 405: The Brain in the Media

Prerequisite: PSY 205 & PSY 308

Discussion of basic concepts and current topics of neuroscience, with the goal of enabling students to critically evaluate how the brain is depicted in the media. Articles from the popular press will be used as a starting point for lectures and classroom discussions.
