Spring 2026 Career Fair Schedule

The Spring 2026 Job & Internship Expo is a 2-day, in-person recruiting event connecting employers with students from all six UMass Dartmouth colleges. Employers may join one or both days based on their hiring needs. Each day welcomes 500+ students and is limited to 60 employers across five industry clusters, ensuring strong visibility and meaningful engagement.

  • College of Engineering – Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Computer, Software, and Biomedical Engineering; Data Science; Cybersecurity; Game Design; Artificial Intelligence & Robotics; Systems Engineering.

This in-person fair is perfect for employers looking to get ahead of their recruitment curve, build their hiring pipeline, and promote their brand among UMass Dartmouth students and across campus — an event you won’t want to miss.

REGISTRATION TYPES

  • Standard For-Profit Registration – $500 (up to 2 representatives)
  • Standard Non-Profit Registration – $250 (up to 2 representatives)

Career fair cancellations & refunds

If you must cancel your registration after payment is made, a full refund will be provided if requested via email by 5:00 PM (EST) 10 business days prior to the event.  If cancellations are made after the 10-business day deadline, 50% of the total amount of registration fees paid will be refunded. Cancellations after this date will not be refunded.

No shows

Registered organizations that no-show for a career fair will not be refunded or credited toward any future Career Fair. Organizations with outstanding fees 30 days post-career fair will not be permitted to attend future career fairs until their account is paid in full.

Inclement weather policy  

If UMassD is closed the day of the career fair due to inclement weather, Career Center staff will assess the situation and decide by 8:00 AM on the day of the event.  Registrants and representatives will be notified via email and an announcement will be posted on the Career Center website.

If the career fair is cancelled due to inclement weather, every effort will be made to reschedule.  Those employers able to participate in the new date will have their registrations transferred.  Any organizations unable to participate in the new date will receive refunds if Career Center is notified by the deadline communicated with the rescheduled event information.
