SMAST Conference Facilities

The SMAST Conferencing Suite is our year-round conference venue. The flexible space accommodates a maximum of 120 people when used as one large room, and can also be divided into three smaller rooms with a capacity of 12 to 24 people per room.

The Suite is ideal for

Boardroom-style and business meetings
Theater-style lectures
Large-scale talks and other events

Contact us for reservations involving a large meeting (multiple rooms, external guests, parking arrangements, food, etc.), or if you need assistance with reserving a space or coordinating related services such as catering or technical services.
