Personal Computer Allowance

A one-time maximum purchase price of $2,000 for a personal computer to be used for at least half-time study may be added to a student’s cost of attendance budget. The computer must meet the current minimum laptop requirements listed on the Technology page of the UMass Law website. Students must provide the Law Financial Aid Services Office with an estimate/invoice or receipt for the computer, along with their completed and signed Law Cost of Attendance Adjustment form. The form can be found on the UMass Law website in the Forms and Policies section of the Law Financial Aid Services page.
