On Saturday morning, Sept. 10, Professor CJ Vachon led a session of the American Bar Association Business Law Section, Business Law
Education Committee on "Defining Competencies of a Business Lawyer."  In the session, she presented the report just finished by
the ABA sub-committee that she co-chairs for "Defining Business Law Competencies."  This report will published in The Business Lawyer.
