UMass Law refund schedule

This table outlines the last eligible dates to receive a full or partial tuition refund for each term, including withdrawal and add/drop deadlines.

Tuition Refund Deadlines by Term

Summer 2025	May 27	Last day to add/drop for 100% refund (excluding registration fee)
	June 3	Last day to withdraw from all courses for 90% tuition refund
	June 10	Last day to withdraw from all courses for 70% tuition refund
	June 17	Last day to withdraw from all courses for 50% tuition refund
	After June 18	No refund of tuition
Fall 2025	September 2	Last day to add/drop for 100% refund (excluding registration fee)
	September 9	Last day to withdraw from all courses for 90% tuition refund
	September 16	Last day to withdraw from all courses for 70% tuition refund
	September 23	Last day to withdraw from all courses for 50% tuition refund
	After September 24	No refund of tuition
Spring 2026	January 20	Last day to add/drop for 100% refund (excluding registration fee)
	January 27	Last day to withdraw from all courses for 90% tuition refund
	February 3	Last day to withdraw from all courses for 70% tuition refund
	February 10	Last day to withdraw from all courses for 50% tuition refund
	After February 11	No refund of tuition

*Registration Fee is non-refundable, and Tech Fee is non- refundable after Add/drop.
