UMass Law refund schedule

This table outlines the last eligible dates to receive a full or partial tuition refund for each term, including withdrawal and add/drop deadlines.

Tuition Refund Deadlines by Term

Fall 2026	August 31	Last day to add/drop for 100% refund (excluding registration fee)
	September 7	Last day to withdraw from all courses for 90% tuition refund
	September 14	Last day to withdraw from all courses for 70% tuition refund
	September 21	Last day to withdraw from all courses for 50% tuition refund
	As of September 22	No refund of tuition
Spring 2027	TBD	Last day to add/drop for 100% refund (excluding registration fee)
	TBD	Last day to withdraw from all courses for 90% tuition refund
	TBD	Last day to withdraw from all courses for 70% tuition refund
	TBD	Last day to withdraw from all courses for 50% tuition refund
	TBD	No refund of tuition

*Registration Fee is non-refundable, and Tech Fee is non- refundable after Add/drop.
