Professor Margaret Drew's recent piece on the Human Rights At Home Blog, on the recent U.S. Supreme Court decision to allow a temporary stay in Gloucester County v. G.G. granted a temporary stay of a lower court's order to allow a male transgender high school student to use the boys' restroom in a Virginia public high school.
