Scholar of the Year

Scholar of the Year - Dr. Maolin Guo

Each year, the UMass Dartmouth Faculty Federation recognizes a Scholar of the Year, and this year that recipient was Dr. Maolin Guo from the Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry. The award recognizes a substantial body of work as well as exemplary scholarly achievement by an individual in his own discipline. Dr. Guo received the award because of his substantial achievements in the field of chemistry, particularly his work on in vivo metal sensors.
