The current awards are:

Special Citation for Outstanding Academic Performance
Awarded to students with a grade point average of 3.2 or better in chemistry and overall

CRC Press Freshmen Chemistry Award
Awarded to a first year chemistry major with the highest academic performance in chemistry

Merck Index Award
Awarded to the chemistry major with the highest average in organic chemistry

ACS Analytical Division Award
Awarded by the Analytical Division of the American Chemical Society to a junior chemistry major with a potential interest in analytical chemistry

ACS Inorganic Division Award
Awared by the Inorganic Division of the American Chemical Society to an undergraduate who has demonstrated excellence in inorganic chemistry and has future plans that involve a career in chemistry

The Henri Moissan Award
Awarded to an outstanding junior or senior chemistry major with an interest in the field of organic chemistry

The Louis E. F. Fenaux Award
Awarded to an outstanding junior or senior chemistry major who best typifies the qualities promoted by the late Professor Fenaux

American Institute of Chemists Award
Awarded by the American Institute of Chemists to outstanding senior and graduate students entering into careers in either chemistry of biochemistry

The Kenneth A. Rose Award
Awarded to an outstanding senior for academic performance, leadership and service. Given in memory of Kenneth A. Rose, Class of '86

Graduate Teaching Award
Awarded to a second year graduate student for outstanding performance in teaching chemistry
