Structure in organic chemistry, organic families and nomenclature, hydrocarbons, alcohols, aldehydes and ketones, carbohydrates, amines, carboxylic acids and their derivatives, lipids, amino acids and proteins, nuclei acids, enzymes, metabolic processes (anabolism and catabolism), biochemical energy, nutrition.
