Become a certified laboratory professional with the Clinical Biochemistry Certificate. Students who complete this certification are eligible for the ASCP categorical certification examination in clinical chemistry, which makes them eligible for employment in a clinical laboratory. This certificate grants eligibility to take the examination in as little as 12 months rather than the full 3-4 years of a traditional medical laboratory science program.

Please note this program is designed for individuals who hold a prior baccalaureate degree in biological sciences or chemistry or a baccalaureate degree with appropriate background in biology and chemistry. All required coursework is undergraduate level.
