ICRSE2017 Best Paper Award

Yujie Wang

‌ECE graduated Ph.D. student Dr. Yujie Wang and her advisor Professor Liudong Xing received the Best Paper Award for their paper presented at the 2017 International Conference on Reliability Systems Engineering. The paper title is "Reliability of Wireless Sensor Networks subject to Phase-Dependent Probabilistic Competing Failures", which proposes a novel combinatorial and analytical modeling method for assessing reliability of wireless sensor networks subject to phased-mission requirements. Dr. Yujie Wang received her Ph.D. degree from the Electrical and Computer Engineering department in May 2016 and is currently a PostDoc researcher at the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. Dr. Xing joined the ECE department in September 2002 as an assistant professor, was tenured and promoted to associate professor in 2008, and promoted to professor in 2013. She is a recipient of the 2010 Scholar of the Year award and 2014 Leo M. Sullivan Teacher of the Year award of the university, as well as the prestigious ChangJiang Scholar award by the Ministry of Education of China.
