University of Massachusetts Dartmouth School of Law Assistant Professor Sean Lyness presented his work in progress "Climate Takings" at the 17^th Annual Colloquium on Environmental Scholarship at Vermont Law and Graduate School. The Colloquium brought together professors from across the country to share research on pressing environmental and property law issues. Lyness's presentation highlighted how climate change has destabilized Fifth Amendment Takings jurisprudence. This was Lyness's sixth time presenting at the annual colloquium.
