About Allison Cravinho
Allison Cravinho is a graphic designer and artist from Freetown, Massachusetts, who is currently finishing her senior year at Umass Dartmouth with a major in Graphic Design. She also enjoys illustration and photography to incorporate into designs. Her work often reflects her interests and she hopes to continue making poster designs and many more design works in the future.
Statement
Lonely Ghost Boy Tarot started off as an original character, just a little ghost wearing a pair of boots and a hat. This project expands on that, using the character on each of the major arcana cards of a standard tarot deck. Inspired by the many different styles of tarot decks, such as Disney’s Alice in Wonderland Tarot deck and The Nightmare Before Christmas tarot deck, this project was a good opportunity to expand upon the Lonely Ghost Boy character as well as learn more about tarot.
