About Ally Fosco
Ally Fosco is a Graphic Designer and Illustrator based in Plymouth, Massachusetts. She will receive her BFA in Graphic Design, with a minor in Illustration in 2023. She is focused on creating and developing her portfolio to be used in the tattooing industry. She uses a traditional style to explore nature, the feminine, and spiritual ideology.
Statement
Ally Fosco's tattoo portfolio is an immersive project that takes the viewer into the world of tattooing through her own art. The cultivation of this project came from the deep love and respect that Ally has for tattoos and tattoo artists. Since she was 14, the love for the permanent art on people’s bodies captured her attention and love. These individual paintings are imagined through creation on Procreate, and then hand painted with a quill on cold pressed watercolor paper. After she graduates, Ally plans on expanding this project into a full portfolio where she can use these pieces to apply for an apprenticeship.
