About Ashley Dhepaganon
Ashley Dhepaganon is a Graphic Designer from Holliston, Massachusetts. Her passion for design is focused on typography, technology, and human-centered design principles. Throughout her time at UMass Dartmouth, she has gained valuable experience with clients and has collaborated with other designers to create effective design solutions with user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for a range of digital platforms. She is getting her BFA in Graphic Design and wants to advance her skills in UX - UI design.
Statement
Rikanos Bikes LLC prioritizes sustainability and power when crafting electric bikes. The brand is dedicated to Ashley’s uncle Rikanos who died of cancer in May 2021. He loved biking, electric bikes, and everything to do with sustainability. So his brother Sirano dedicated his electric bike company to him by naming it after him. Rikanos Bikes stands for better ways of transportation, sustainability, power, and fun. Ashley’s goal is to boost this brand to new people, tell the story of Rikanos, play a part in helping the environment, make transportation fun and exciting, and make biking more accessible. By building a website that will let people purchase bikes through it and advertisements that will be used to widen the brand's outreach, Rikanos Bikes can serve as a memorial for Rikanos.
