About Mathieu Olivier
I am a 3D Animation student at Umass Dartmouth. I graduated in May 2024. I live in North Attleboro, Massachusetts. Before coming to UMass I intended two and a half years at Bristol Community College in Fall River, Mass. At BCC I learned all the basic tools when first starting out. I massively improved within the first couple of semesters. Once I transferred to UMass Dartmouth I didn’t have to take any entry level courses anymore. I have mainly focused on 3D art works during my two years at Dartmouth.
With my Bachelors in animation I want to work for a major animation studio in the future. I want to create all kinds of animation including 3D and 2D. Animation is still considered only for children in the general public but that is simply never the truth. Ever since the first animation there have been movies, shows and shorts for everyone, no matter the age. I want to create animations that children and adults can enjoy.
