Statement
My capstone is a cannabis cookbook titled, The Budding Chef. The book includes infographics and recipes that explain the incredible world of the cannabis plant and how to cook with it. Also, I wrote and designed the book to help my parents learn about the positive aspects of cannabis. I want to educate to undo some of the myths and misconceptions towards cannabis. The book starts with “cannabasics” and ends with instructions on how to cook delicious meals with informed and personal infusion methods. I hope my degree project will inspire people to learn how to use cannabis as an ingredient in many fun and healthy meals.
