Human Resources Management Major

Human Resources majors will develop skills demonstrating an ability to manage change within organizations and to develop skills to effectively manage diversity in organizations. Also to understand policies, procedures and systems that effectively enhance individuals and the organizations in which they work.

Human Resources majors study Human Resources Development, Human Resources Law, Organizational Development and Managing Diversity among others. The Human Resources Management program is acredited by AACSB - The International Association for Management Education.
