About Peiqi Jia
Peiqi Jia is a vibrant graphic designer who comes from China. She has started her professional career by earning a BFA in Graphic Design from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. She incorporates her unique personality into her design and is eager to add to her skillset. She is specializing in branding, poster design, logo design, and typography. Her goal is to create a visual voice for brands and strives to consistently bring new ideas to the table, while still establishing effective communication through her design.
Statement
In today’s highly informed society, anxiety has become the norm for most people, and the coronavirus’s emergence has exacerbated the problem. “Reverie” is a project designed for people who suffer from anxiety. The graphic book uses gradient colors combined with motion graphics to help people relieve anxious feelings. The reader also visualizes breathing through the gradient colors and moving circles and follows the text to bring peace and relaxation.
