About Alexis Canaday
Alexis Canaday is a graduating senior in the Interior Architecture and Design program here at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth. She enjoys playing video games, going to concerts, and hanging out with her friends during her free time. She also loves to design spaces that can be enjoyed by anyone who wants to. Creativity is something that Alexis has always expressed, and she is so grateful that she can continue to use her creativity to inspire people in the future of her career.
Statement
My senior Thesis is focused on workplace design and creating a way for people to work remotely following the COVID-19 pandemic. Hundreds-of-thousands of people either lost their jobs or started to work from home. Now, with this design, small business owners, independent workers, entrepreneurs, and those who don’t have an office to go to but can be surrounded by anyone. This will be a great networking opportunity for everyone and will bring the community back to life.
