About Destine Demosthene
A Fashion Design Major from Boston, MA. Destine is inspired by the world around her and hopes to use her voice as a young designer to inform and educate others on the issues she is passionate about.
Statement
My senior capstone collection is entitled “Not Enough Structure”. Inspired by crumbling foundations and the current failures within the government this cohesive collection addresses these structural downfalls around us through shape and textile. Garments are finished with a deconstructed styling, highlighted by reflective Hi-Viz textiles. This collection reflects my voice as a designer: sexy, powerful and makes a statement.
