Statement
I design with intention—where minimalism meets bold individuality. My work is rooted in clean silhouettes, elevated basics, and thoughtful details that transform everyday pieces into statements. I believe clothing should empower, not overwhelm, and each design is crafted to reflect confidence, movement, and modern versatility.
My island, my culture is a resort wear collection inspired by the natural beauty of Cape Verde—its golden sands, vibrant waters, and iconic fishing boats. Influenced by my mother’s stories of her homeland, I translated these elements into garments through fabric manipulation techniques such as smocking, pleating, and pin tucks. This collection is a heartfelt dedication to her, celebrating both her home and mine, woven together through design, memory, and identity.
