General Education requirement: 3B - Visual & Performing Arts

Survey, through lecture and audio-visual presentation of the development of technical and aesthetic concerns in photography, film, and video from theirĀ origins to the present. Special attention will be paid to the impact of historic events on the aesthetic considerations of the day. This course is open to any student of the university.
