BNG 320: Biomeasurement Lab - fall

Prerequisite: ECE 211/251 or ECE 201, BNG majors only. Corequisite: BNG 318

A technical understanding of medical instrumentation together with measurements in the growing fields of medical devices, cellular biology, and tissue engineering. This course introduces students to measurements, covers the necessary electronics, and then clinical chemistry measurements, cell counting and characterization, measurements on the nervous system, heart and circulation, lung function, kidney function and medical imaging.
