CAS 303: Peer Leadership - fall

Theories and dynamics of peer leadership and peer mentoring. Readings, activities, and discussion will revolve around such topics as fostering student learning, helping skills, effective communication, values clarification, leadership, and related topics. Students accepted into the course will simultaneously serve as peer leaders in CAS 101 and 103. May be repeated for for a maximum of six (6) credits.
