ELP 553: Transformative Ed Leadership - fall

Practical, cultural, political and ideological frameworks in leadership and management as a transformative practice. Students will address and explore examine transformative and critical theories of education and educational leadership, and compare them to a number of dominant leadership theories/strategies in the effort to assess their advantages and disadvantages.
