Advanced Legal Analysis fuses doctrine, exam assessments, and practice-oriented skills to further develop and strengthen student's legal analysis and problem-solving prowess. Students will review selected material in theories of liability in Tort Law, Agency Law, and Coporated Duties to enhance their understanding, application, and written communication through multiple-choice and practice writing prompts.
