Examination of the problems confronting the drafter in providing for the intelligent and effective disposition of property. The course focuses on the considerations that bear on the resolution of those problems. Particular emphasis is given to the employment of various types of trust, the administrative problems of fiduciaries and the impact of federal income, gift and estate taxation.
