LAW 678: Municipal Law - spring

Review of the principles of law as they relate to municipal government. The course will review the types of municipal government, the power and authority of municipalities, and the origin of such power and authority. The class will explore various authorizations issued by municipalities as well as procedures concerning the means to acquire various licenses, permits and certificates.
