NUR 322: Holistic Health Assessment RNs - spring

Builds upon RN knowledge and skills to conduct a holistic health assessment of persons that respects developmental differences across the life span. Emphasis is on health and development of persons. Assessment, consistent with the AACN (2021) Essentials of Baccalaureate Education for Professional Nursing Practice and the ANA (2021) Nursing Scope and Standards of Practice, is foundational to the nurse's goal of maximizing health. Students will engage in caring behaviors and critical thinking when conducting a holistic assessment.
