Nathan Fontaine is a student affairs professional whose work focuses on student development, community building, and inclusive support services. He currently serves as a Assistant Director of Community Standards at UMass Dartmouth, where he supports students in crisis, and helps cultivate communities that promote both belonging and personal growth. Nathan holds a Masters of Education in Student Affairs Administration from Springfield College and has professional experience in residence life, student conduct, Title IX education, and student advocacy. Guided by the values of authenticity, accountability, inclusion, and intentionality, he is committed to creating equitable learning environments that empower students to succeed both inside and outside the classroom.
