Listen to music you liked ten years ago. Play with your pet animal. Trim your nails, moisturize your hands (lots of handwashing = dryness!) Make a list of people you love and are grateful for. Write a short story.
Play an album you’ve never heard before. Listen to the birds outside. Write a list of good qualities that you possess. Do a task for a neighbor (while maintaining social distancing.) Try to learn a new skill (an instrument, drawing, knitting).
Ask your parents/relatives/friends for music recommendations. Actually listen! Decide what animal you are most like. Put on your favorite outfit, even if you’re just going to work on school things. Plan a surprise ZOOM party for the closest birthday of someone you love. Try a DIY project.
Have a conversation with a friend about your favorite artists. Go for a walk in nature, see what creatures you are surrounded by. Take care of your skin with a face mask. Pick out a book that someone you live with would enjoy for them to read. Decorate a room in your house.
Play some party music and dance (even if you feel silly.)   Decompress each night by having a nightly routine.
