Mental Health is Your Power

Mental Health & Wellness Week
April 8-12, 2024

The end of the semester is quickly approaching.  This time of year can be stressful for everyone.  We recognize that rates of depression, anxiety, loneliness, and substance abuse increase as we get closer to the end of the semester. The UMassD community is coming together to host a Mental Health & Wellness Week from April 8-12, 2024. The theme for the week is Mental Health is Your Power.  We will offer opportunities to revive and refresh, have a little fun,  and engage in activities for recreation, relaxation, and stress relief. Mark your calendar and plan to join us!

Events are for students, faculty and staff.  For major events, please be prepared to show an ID Card.
