Important notes
Students who want to complete the UMass Dartmouth Electrical Engineering program within two years after transferring must complete ECE 250 Fundamentals of MATLAB before transferring. ECE 160 is a prerequisite for enrollment in ECE 250.
The agreement states that ECE 250 is offered during the fall and spring semesters and may be available through the SACHEM cross-registration program.
Students should consult a UMass Dartmouth College of Engineering advisor before selecting humanities and social science electives.
Humanities and social science courses should generally be selected from the following UMass Dartmouth subject areas: Art History, Economics, History, Humanities, Music, Philosophy, Psychology, Sociology and Anthropology, or Social Sciences.
CHM 151 and CHM 161 will be used to satisfy an Electrical Engineering science elective requirement.
Consult the current UMass Dartmouth transfer course equivalency database to confirm how a particular elective will transfer.
