These credits along with 33 non-nursing credits, results in a cumulative total of 78 transfer credits applied to the BS in Nursing program at UMass Dartmouth. Students may transfer additional credits into UMassD while fulfilling the 31 credit residency requirement.

†Courses representing the 31 minimum residency credits to be completed at UMass Dartmouth. The 31 residency credits consist of 28 nursing core credits and 3-non-nursing credits.

**3 credit non-nursing UMassD course can be any University Studies Requirement that is not fulfilled by a transfer course such as a Social Science, Philosophy, or Humanities.
