LAW 668: Jurisprudence - fall

A survey of classic jurisprudential questions.  The course will examine foundational legal questions relating to the nature of law, rights, and justice as well as questions relating to the connections between law and morality. We will examine different schools of legal thought, including Natural Law Theory, Positivism, and Legal Realism.
